2. Warranty Terms & Conditions
At Truzon Solar, we are committed to providing reliable and high-performing solar solutions backed by robust warranty support. The following terms govern the scope, eligibility, and limitations of our warranty policy:
A. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers the following aspects:
β Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship during the manufacturing process of the product.
β Performance Degradation: For solar modules, the warranty ensures performance remains within specified levels (e.g., minimum 80% output at 25 years).
β Installation Defects: Workmanship-related faults covered if installed by Truzon or its partners.
β System Functionality: Includes issues in communication, display, or connectivity in smart monitoring systems.
β Hardware Failures: Applies to inverters, junction boxes, etc. under normal conditions.
B. Warranty Eligibility
To claim warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:
1. The system must be :
β supplied or installed by Truzon or its authorized channel partner using approved components.
β Or its authorized channel partner using approved components.
2. The system should be:
β Installed and maintained as per the original design specifications and safety norms
β Commissioned with documentation, including installation photos and commissioning reports
3. Maintenance logs and service records (if under AMC or O&M contracts) should be made available if required during evaluation.
C. Exclusions (What is NOT covered)
The following circumstances will void or limit the warranty coverage:
1. Force Majeure / Acts of Nature
β Natural disasters like lightning, floods, earthquakes, storms, or fire
β Riots, war, or political unrest affecting equipment safety
2. Unauthorized Modifications or Third-party Tampering
β Any alterations, repairs, or adjustments made by a non-authorized person or agency
β Installation of incompatible parts or accessories not supplied by Truzon
3. Negligence or Lack of Maintenance
β Physical damage caused by improper use, lack of cleaning, or accumulated dust and debris
β Pest/insect intrusion, rust due to water stagnation, etc.
4. Vandalism or Accidental Damage
β Human-induced damage like breaking of panels, inverter tampering, cable cuts, etc.
β Accidents involving vehicles, falling objects, or tools
5. Serial Number Tampering or Warranty Void Stickers Removed
β Absence of identifiable serial numbers on modules or inverters
β Broken or missing warranty seals
D. Obligations of the Customer
To ensure validity of the warranty, the customer must:
β Maintain basic cleanliness and safety around the solar system
β Ensure no physical or mechanical stress is applied to components
β Allow inspection and maintenance access to Truzon service personnel
β Inform Truzon within 7 working days of any observed issue or fault
3. Claim Process
At Truzon Solar, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent claim experience. If you encounter an issue with your solar system that you believe falls under warranty, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Raise a Service Request
You can initiate a warranty claim through any of the following methods:
β Email : Send an email to support@truzonsolar.com with a description of the issue, including photos/videos (if available).
β Customer Support Portal : Visit www.truzonsolar.com/support and fill out the Service Request Form with system and contact details.
β Through Channel Partner : If installed via an authorized Truzon channel partner, they can raise a request on your behalf through the partner portal.
Required Information at the Time of Request:
β Customer Name & Contact Number
β Installation Address
β Invoice or Purchase Order Copy
β System Commissioning Date
β Nature of the Issue (Detailed Description)
β Photos/Videos (if applicable)
β Serial Numbers of affected components
Step 2: Inspection & Technical Verification
Once your request is logged:
β A Truzon Solar technician or authorized engineer will be assigned within 24-48 hours.
β An onsite or remote inspection will be scheduled based on the issue type.
β The technician will evaluate:
β Faults in components (inverter, module, SCADA, etc.)
β Installation integrity and wear-and-tear
β Validity of warranty coverage for the affected part
Step 3: Resolution - Repair / Replace / Refund
Based on the technician's assessment:
β Repair: Minor faults or replaceable parts will be fixed on-site or with minimal downtime.
β Replacement: Defective components under warranty will be replaced with equivalent or better-rated products.
β Refund: In rare cases where repair or replacement isn't feasible, partial or full refund (as per component value) will be processed in 15 days.
Note: Decisions are based on warranty status, product condition, and adherence to Truzon's usage guidelines.

4. Required Documents for Warranty Claim
To ensure timely and accurate processing of your warranty claim, please provide the following documents and information at the time of raising the service request:

5. Warranty Transfer Policy
Truzon Solar offers flexibility to transfer warranty coverage in case the ownership of the property or solar system changes. This ensures continuity of service and support.
Eligibility for Warranty Transfer:
β The system must have been originally installed by Truzon Solar or its authorized partners.
β The new owner must notify Truzon Solar in writing within 30 days of ownership change.
Required Documents for Transfer:
β Copy of original purchase invoice or commissioning certificate
β Copy of property sale deed or ownership transfer document
β Completed Warranty Transfer Request Form (available on website or via email)
Important Notes:
β Warranty is not transferable in case of component relocation without Truzon consent.
β Warranty validity period remains based on the original commissioning date (not reset upon transfer).
β Transfer requests made beyond 30 days of sale may incur an administrative fee or inspection charge.
6. Post-Warranty Support & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
After the warranty period ends, Truzon Solar provides a range of paid service options to ensure your solar system continues to operate at peak efficiency.
