Payment Terms & Conditions

• This quotation is valid for 7 days.
• 30% payment upon Sales Order Confirmation.
• 70% payment before dispatch, when material is ready.
• Sales Order price valid for 45 days from confirmation date.

Design & BOM

Design and Bill of Materials will follow the customer-approved version. Any changes to the installation location of modules, inverters, structures, or wiring paths may incur additional charges.

Cancellation

• Orders are binding and non-cancellable.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless feasibility is not approved.
• 5% + Application Charges
• After Feasibility: 10% + Application Charges
• Post-Dispatch: 20% + Application Charges

Dispatch of the Material

Materials will be delivered within 10 days of receiving feasibility approval from DISCOM.

Delivery & Handover

Project completion in 30 days (upto 50kWp) from feasibility approval receipt.

Warranty

• General Equipment: 60 months from delivery/dispatch.
• Modules: 12 years linear output, 25–30 years performance warranty.
• Inverter: 5 years warranty.
• MCBs & SPDs: Not covered under warranty.
• Unauthorized modifications void warranty.
• Individual component warranties shared at handover.

Subsidy

As per Government norms, subsidies will be directly credited to customer's account via MNRE.

Safety & Security

Client is responsible for securing materials at site until installation begins.

Force Majeure

Includes events like natural disasters and unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines will extend accordingly.
